The 85,000 square foot property serves as an anchor building for the Fashion District. The Alley thoroughfare is a continuation of the public alley which extends from north of Olympic to 12th Street. This pedestrian-friendly thoroughfare allows for stores on either side of the walkway. The development received the
District Improvement Award from the LA Fashion District BID for its positive impact on businesses and outstanding design features. The complex includes a restaurant and merchandise/food kiosks, and is served by a multi-level parking structure above the stores.
