1263 Westwood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA

1263 Westwood Boulevard was an old bank branch when Maxxam purchased the property. Located just outside the Westwood Village, south of the UCLA campus, we recognized that this was prime retail space. We set about renovating the property, refurbishing an old and dated facade and subdividing the ground floor into retail and retail service storefronts. In addition, the 2nd floor was converted to office space to maximize the property's value.

Today, the building is home to tenants such as H&R Block and Edible Arrangements.
