Formerly known as the Comerica Tower, we've rechristened 9777 Wilshire as the "Beverly Hills Gateway Tower", and for good reason: the property is the 'gateway' to the world-famous Golden Triangle, the downtown commercial district of Beverly Hills. This high-rise occupies an entire city block on nearly 1 acre of land at the corner of Santa Monica and Wilshire Boulevards, one of the Westside's most heavily trafficked intersections. The building features convenient access to fine dining, high-end shopping, and luxury 5-star accommodations. Tenants include an eclectic mix of entertainment companies, law firms and financial institutions.

Following acquisition, we undertook a significant renovation project that included, among other improvements, a complete repainting of the exterior, remodeling and updating of common areas, and a comprehensive overhaul of the main lobby.
