Originally 2 older industrial and manufacturing buildings when purchased, Crocker Fashion Plaza benefited from our redevelopment efforts to transform this property into another valuable destination in the wholesale area of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving Fashion District.

The construction work was completed in various stages. Phase 1 consisted of the remodel of a portion of the existing building at 1160 Crocker into 10 two-story wholesale boutiques. Phase 2 began with the demolition of the remaining buildings, 1030-1144 Crocker, followed by a new ground-up development. In addition to the new stores, the new structure includes upper level offices and parking. Today, Crocker Fashion Plaza stands as another example of our ability to create value through aggressive renovation and innovative redevelopment.
