One of the first buildings that we converted from industrial to retail use in the Los Angeles Fashion District, the LA-Pico Fashion Mart is a mixed-used building featuring a prime corner location and excellent frontage along 2 main streets, Los Angeles Street and Pico Boulevard. The 1st floor holds retail and wholesale space, while the 2nd floor is comprised of offices and showrooms.

Originally built as an industrial warehouse, we first converted the property and later renovated it. As one of the first retail conversions in the area, the LA-Pico Fashion Mart has played a key role in fueling the redevelopment boom of Downtown Los Angeles in the 1980's. Today, it stands as a landmark structure and houses some of the most unique fashion boutiques in the area.
