This unique asset, comprising over 27 acres of oceanfront land on the island of Maui, was acquired as a redevelopment project for a new timeshare complex. Currently, the Maui Lu operates as a hotel on the western coast of Maui near the town of Kihei. Maui is the world's top timeshare destination, but due to strict zoning and development regulations, the market is considerably undersupplied. As our property was already zoned properly for a conversion to timeshare, we saw an opportunity for a new strategy to leverage the full potential of the asset.

The existing buildings sit on prime fee simple oceanfront land, with 600 feet of shoreline, plus 6 miles of state-owned white sand beach on either side. We plan to redevelop the Maui Lu into a 400-unit timeshare complex, complete with lush landscaping, pools and water features, and various amenities.
