Located on the island of Hawaii, also known as The Big Island, this beautifully landscaped ocean-front property was formerly a timeshare resort. Upon acquisition, we converted it into condominiums and marketed the individual units to residential buyers. The area has historically had an agricultural-based economy, but is experiencing a boom both in tourism and real estate.
