The San Pedro Wholesale Plaza was one of the first redevelopments in what would become the thriving wholesale area in the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles. Originally an industrial building, we converted the warehouse building and developed the rest of the site into wholesale and retail space, kicking off a wave of similar redevelopment projects throughout the area.

Occupying the prominent corner of San Pedro and 12th Streets and adjacent to the San Pedro Wholesale Mart, the building has enjoyed a 100% occupancy rate since construction was completed. Maxxam developed the project in 2 phases, with the second structure containing a multi-level parking facility in addition to stores on 3 frontages.
