The Santee Fashion Mart is another early ground-up development that played a key role in the revitalization of the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles.

Located on a prime corner only half a block from the famous Santee Alley which is renowned for its carnival-like retail atmosphere, the impressive building features retail space on the ground floor and office space, showrooms and manufacturing on the upper floors. The 4-story structure was one of the first and largest developments in the Fashion District throughout the 1980's.
