Previously an industrial building in the wholesale area of the Los Angeles Fashion District, the interior was completely gutted and the entire building was renovated to create Towne Center, an architecturally unique project with retail showrooms on the ground floor and office space and parking on the 2nd floor. The new stores each also offer individual mezzanine space.

As part of this transformation, the gross rentable space was reduced by nearly 10,000 square feet, but the value per square foot was significantly increased due to the change of use.
