At the base of the mountains near the Honoapiilani Highway and 6 miles from the center of Lahaina, the Ukumehame subdivision project sits on hundreds of acres of beautiful land and gently sloping hillside. Once known for its active sugarcane plantations, the pristine land rises from 10 feet to almost 200 feet above sea level, enjoys close proximity to the beach and provides unobstructed panoramic ocean and mountain views.

We see great potential here, with an opportunity to develop the property in a manner that will provide optimum value, yet still preserve some of the historical features of the site and maintain the ecological balance of the area. In 2006, we began subdividing approximately 340 acres into 45 estate-sized lots, suitable for building single-family homes., thus creating a small but vibrant new residential community.
