Maui Lu Resort / Entitlements

The property at 575 S. Kihei Road in Hawaii was acquired as a redevelopment project for a new timeshare complex. The existing 120-room hotel site was entitled for a 400-unit timeshare complex with 600 feet of shoreline, plus 6 miles of state-owned white sand beach on either side of the property overlooking Maalaea Bay. The project was redeveloped into the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maui Bay Villas.
