In an off-market transaction, Maxxam has sold a pair of apartment buildings located in Beverly Hills, totaling 52-unit market rate units and 81,492 square feet.
The two communities, which were built in 1963 and average 1,775 square feet per unit, are situated on the same block of a coveted tree lined street, conveniently located less than a mile from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, the Beverly Center shopping mall, and within proximity to the Golden Triangle, the commercial district of Downtown Beverly Hills.
