Maxxam purchased the leasehold interest of an 87,000 square feet Class A office building at 9440 S. Santa Monica Blvd.
The mid-rise building is anchored by Bank of America and sits at the corner of north Beverly Dr. and Santa Monica Blvd in the Beverly Hills Golden Triangle. The building was 93.3% occupied at the time of sale. The Paley Center for Media sits across the street with world-class amenities throughout the area, including
Rodeo Dr., Restaurant Row on Canon Dr., and the new Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. Madison Partners Bob Safai and Matt Case represented both sides in this transaction. They had sold the property in two previous deals as well. Financing was provided by Jefferies LoanCore.
