676 Mateo St. will feature 185 units, 15,000 square feet of open space amenities, and roughly 23,000 square feet of commercial space. Project components include open floor plans, rooftop swimming pool, a lounge and art production space. Public paseos will connect Mateo and Imperial Street to an interior courtyard on the property. 1100 E. 5th St will feature 220 units, 23,000 square feet of open space amenities,
and roughly 44,000 square feet of commercial space. The project will include a fitness center, a recreation room, a rooftop pool deck and art gallery. An open air-plaza and paseo will connect an interior courtyard to 5th St. and Seaton St. The projects will each be serviced by a three-level underground parking structure and are designed by HansonLA. No construction timeline has been revealed at this time.
